Story
Set in 1980s Britain, Dastaar follows a turbaned Sikh immigrant who survives a brutal attack and loses people he loves. Instead of retreating, he rises to become a community leader — a story built around courage, faith, and the struggle to hold on to honour and identity in the face of open hostility.

Dastaar isn't a light Friday-night watch — it's a heavier, history-rooted film about what Sikh immigrants faced in Britain decades ago, carried by a strong Tarsem Jassar performance. Five shows, one Barcelona cinema, this week only.
