Bar Bar is truly a creation our of passion and love for Indian food by its founders from New Delhi, India. After travelling across Europe and seeing the level of Indian food, the founders decided to showcase the level of Indian food in Europe starting form Barcelona. Indian food is full of flavour and not just spicy as that is just 1 of the many spices used in preparing Indian food. Unabashedly talented, our chefs’ abilities lie in being able to powerfully wield locally sourced ingredients in a creative and bespoke approach with elements of complex spicing and thrilling flavouring. Yet, the Irony is in the fact that they believe in simplicity as the true essence of perfection bringing soul and warmth to all their recipes. Our chefs are creating authentic food from different parts of India to give a complete experience of Indian cuisine.
