Language is everyone’s home.
In it we meet, get to know each other, and share our history and our culture.
In it we are accepted, included, and feel part of a community when it embraces us.
In it we have the chance to grow and build our professional lives.

Our mission
At BCNLIP, we are dedicated to teaching Spanish through linguistic and cultural immersion programs that allow our students to live the language in all its dimensions. Since 2006, we have supported those who want to fully integrate into life in Barcelona as well as those who come for short stays to get to know its language and culture. As part of the MONLIP educational network, we promote a close, intercultural, and inclusive educational approach, where language is a tool for connection, understanding, and personal growth.

Our vision
We aspire for BCNLIP to be a benchmark in language education within the MONLIP network, consolidating our role as a space for intercultural connection in Europe, specifically in Barcelona. We believe that learning a language is the first step toward understanding a culture and achieving genuine integration. Our goal is to keep building more aware, fair, and connected communities, where cultural and linguistic immersion drives personal and social transformation— both for those who come to stay and for those who visit us temporarily.

Our methodology
At BCNLIP we believe that learning Spanish is much more than studying a language: it’s living it. Our classes focus on real communication and active participation from day one, connecting learning with everyday life and Barcelona’s culture.

Our methodology follows the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) and the Instituto Cervantes Curriculum Plan (PCIC), ensuring internationally recognized quality teaching. We base our approach on communicative action, cultural mediation, and autonomous learning, so that each student progresses confidently along their linguistic and personal path.
