WHAT IS THE AUTONOMOUS + PROGRAM?
The City Council of Barcelona, through Barcelona Activa, offers the help of 300 euros to the self-employed people of Barcelona most affected by the COVID-19, either because they have seen their sales decrease by more than 75% or because they have had to close their establishment or business, with the aim that it can be complemented with the help transmitted by other administrations.

WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE GRANT?
People registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employment (RETA)
Registered in the city of Barcelona before the publication of the call.
That they are up to date with their payments to the AEAT, Social Security and Barcelona City Council
That they have recognized the Extraordinary Economic Benefit promoted by the Spanish State, the Royal Decree-Law 8/2020 of March 17 of extraordinary urgent measures to face the economic and social impact of the COVID-19 and its modifications.
The Extraordinary Economic Benefit has been recognized a:
Self-employed persons who own businesses that have been closed by the Administration due to the state of alarm, such as retail businesses (except for food and drink, pharmacies, veterinary centres, health, automotive, opticians, tobacconists, dry cleaners, technology and telecommunications).
Self-employed persons in any activity who have suffered a fall of at least 75% in income, compared with the median of the last 6 months.

WHEN AND HOW TO APPLY FOR AID?
The aid can be applied for from 20 May to 30 September 2020.
It is necessary to introduce the data and the accrediting documentation of the applicant in the form “Ask for the grant“.
Generate an application form (pdf) that will be sent to you by email and that you can arrange by accessing your account of Barcelona Activa, Services tab, section Grants.
Register (and sign) the application form generated through the Virtual Procedures Office. From Monday 25 May at noon, the possibility of registering the application through idCAT Mòbil https://idcatmobil.seu.cat/ will be enabled without the need for a digital certificate.
If necessary, and after reviewing the documentation presented, we will inform you by email of the possibility of correcting the necessary documentation through your account in Barcelona Activa, Services tab, section Subsidies.
CONSULTATION OF THE STATE OF THE FILE AND RESPONSE TO REQUIREMENTS
The status of the application can be consulted at any time by accessing your account in Barcelona Activa, Services tab, section Subsidies. You can also access the Application Form generated in this same space.
When the documentation provided needs to be amended, a REQUEST will be made via email indicating the documentation required in each case. This documentation must be attached in the corresponding section of the same personal space.
PAYMENTS
Once the resolution is published in the BOPB, the 300 euros will be paid into the bank account informed in the process.
