The Official Gazette of the State has published on Thursday, May 20, a Ministerial Order, signed by the Minister of Health, on a proposal from the Ministry of Inclusion, through the Secretary of State for Migration, which is automatically extended and with a validity of six months from the lifting of the State of Alarm, all those authorizations of residence and / or work that expire during this period, without the need to issue an individual resolution for each.
“Además, los titulares de autorizaciones temporales de residencia y/o trabajo y de las autorizaciones de estancia, así como a los poseedores de una tarjeta de familiar de ciudadano de la Unión o de larga duración prorrogada que se hallen durante el Estado de alarma en el extranjero podrán entrar en España presentando su documento de viaje válido y en vigor, acompañado de la Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero caducada.”
