Consular PCC document requirement:
· An Indian Government PCC application form duly filled in online at the following
Address: https://embassy.passportindia.gov.in/ & Select Country: Spain.
Register by clicking on “Register” link & create USER ID
· Step 1: Activate your account after click the link in the email sent to your email Id
Select Spain
· Step 2: Register for with your Email Id
You will receive an auto email to confirm your eMail id
After you confirm your eMail id you will be redirected to the website add your User Id and Password
· Step 3: In the Applicant Home Page, click on “Apply for PCC” link to fill the application form
· Step 4: Submit the form online & after successful submission, take a printout of the online
submitted form
· Step 5:Affix photo at the designated place in the application (photo size 2 inch x 2 inch)
· Any Errors on the printed form cannot be modified by Pen/Pencil at the time of Submission
· Original Indian passport and self-attested copy of first, last and any observation or endorsed
pages
· Original and self-attested copy of valid resident card (If it is not possible to submit the original
NIE, please get the photocopy stamped by Notary, National Police or
Ayuntamiento)/ Original “Empadronamiento”
· VFS Declaration form : to be filled by all applicants submitting any application (attached in
email)
· Any additional document such as checklist or letter from authority who is requesting PCC.
